College LevelWe guide selective college students to unlock their creativity and passion. Either planning to go to academic or industry, we provide access to world leaders in both academia and industry to mentor students. Our mentors design individualized lessons for students.

Graduate LevelWe work closely with selective graduates and graduate students to explore their career path. Under the guidance of our mentors, students have opportunities to explore possibilities in elite universities and Fortune 500 companies.

Selective Cases
Heng
Heng has been interested in the technology and finance industry. Under the guidance of our mentors, Heng had been participating in multiple research projects, during which he had developed both research and entrepreneurship skills. Working with our mentors, Heng was successfully admitted to MIT Sloan School of Management. He has acquired a Master Degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Security Laws . Now he is the CFO of Quimaiche.com.

Xuan Ping
Born and raised in the financial center Singapore, Xuan Ping became passionate about economics and finance early on. Through working with our mentors on research projects in innovation and entrepreneurship, Xuan Ping sharpened his research skills. With the help of our mentors, Xuan Ping was successfully admitted to Duke University. He has acquired a Master degree in Economics and is currently working in Singapore.

Yixin
A Chinese native, Yixin went to Peking University for undergrad. She worked on multiple research projects of our mentors, during which she developed sophisticated research skills. Under the guidance of our mentors, she was successfully admitted to Stanford University Management Science and Engineering department. During her time in Stanford, she won the Yahoo! Best Project Award for Information Science and Technology.

I took an unconventional path to attaining higher education. Before beginning my undergraduate degree I spent a few years out of high school working an industrial mechanic. I then enlisted in the U.S. Army. After I finished my enlistment period and began working towards my Undergraduate Degree in Mechanical engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington. I always mastered new concepts and processes quickly but I never thought of myself as a scholar or as someone who would be competitive for national scholarships. While pursuing my undergraduate degree the mentors at VisionArch helped me not only realize my potential but changed my whole outlook on life. The support I received helped me find my place in the world, and the opportunities that grew from their guidance helped me find my passion. As an undergraduate I was urged to participate in research where I contributed to diverse projects from high temperature material testing to the improvement of rocket propulsion. I received the Prestigious Goldwater Scholarship; the mentors at VisionArch helped me highlight my experiences and create a compelling application. This allowed me to pursue a graduate degree fully funded; I received the Chancellor’s Fellowship at the University of Tennessee where I now conduct research in computational modeling of composite materials.

I had the honor to be UTA's first national Goldwater scholar. I first learned about the Barry Goldwater national scholarship through one of Dr. Philobos' (a VisionArch mentor) general student body meetings. Dr. Philobos played a critical role in my application essays by providing feedback and critique. With her experience and knowledge from Georgia Tech in national scholarships, I successfully conveyed my academic achievements into a strong application. The fellowship provided me an opportunity to seek research projects I was interested in and gave me the financial means to live close to campus. I have been truly blessed to have had the mentorship of Dr. Philobos during my undergraduate studies. I recall many conversations we have had centered around the "unseen" potential in our communities. There are many students out there just like myself, who are talented and motivated. We come from many walks of life, but we most likely do not fit in the traditional picture nor have that knowledge that is needed to navigate the various programs we might have interest in. A mentor in my experience has helped me be aware of opportunities, feel supported and encouraged, and helped prepare competitive applications.
